Whether you want to explore Lelystad or need a bike while your own is unavailable, tell us when you would like to hire. We will check whether we have a suitable bike available.

You can also send us an enquiry for several bikes. Availability is only guaranteed once we have confirmed your request.

Conventional bikes, not e-bikes

Our hire range consists of conventional bikes. We do not hire out electric bikes. When enquiring, ask which models and sizes are available for you.

Requesting a hire bike

  1. Tell us what you need. Include the date, hire period and number of bikes. Please also tell us who the bikes are for.
  2. Find out the options. We discuss availability, the rate and the collection and return conditions.
  3. Collect your bike. Once confirmed, visit FietsGenot at Neringpassage 74 in Lelystad at the agreed time.

Gratis leenfiets bij reparatieFree loan bike during repairs

Tijdens de reparatie van je fiets of fatbike kun je op verzoek gratis een gewone leenfiets krijgen, afhankelijk van beschikbaarheid. Geef dit bij voorkeur vooraf door, zodat we de beschikbaarheid kunnen bevestigen. Je kunt er ook bij het brengen van je fiets naar vragen, maar dan is een leenfiets niet gegarandeerd. We hebben geen elektrische fietsen of fatbikes als leenfiets.While your bicycle or fatbike is being repaired, you can request a free standard loan bike, subject to availability. Please ask in advance so we can confirm availability. You can also ask when you bring your bike in, but a loan bike is not guaranteed. Electric bicycles and fatbikes are not available as loan bikes.

Can I hire an e-bike?

No, we only hire out conventional bikes.

When do I need to return the bike?

We agree the return time when confirming your hire. Let us know in advance if you need a particular collection or return time.
