Hij is zijn afspraken volledig nagekomen en, zoals beloofd, kon ik mijn fatbike dezelfde dag nog ophalen.
Ik wil ook graag benadrukken dat hij respectvol, behulpzaam, menselijk en ontzettend vriendelijk is. Het is heel prettig om met iemand te maken te hebben die betrouwbaar en professioneel is.

Can I pay in 3 instalments?

For products eligible for in3, the instalment amount is shown on the product page. Pay the first instalment immediately, the second within 30 days and the third within 60 days. Availability and approval are subject to in3's terms.

Can I collect my order?

Yes, select free collection from FietsGenot in Lelystad at checkout. We will arrange a collection time with you. If you choose delivery, the costs based on your address are shown before you place your order.

Do I need an appointment?

We work by appointment, but you are also welcome to drop in. Collection and any home repairs must be arranged in advance.

What bikes do you sell?

New fatbikes, electric bikes and children's bikes in a range of sizes and colours. We also stock cargo bikes and second-hand bikes. Ask us about our current range.

How do I arrange a repair?

Send us a WhatsApp message, call 06 2911 7936 or bring your bike in. We will discuss the problem, timing and costs.

Can I hire an e-bike?

We hire out conventional bikes, not e-bikes. Contact us for availability and rates.
