Collection for repairs
A bike that no longer rides can be difficult to bring to the workshop. Send us your location, bike type and a short description of the problem. We will check whether collection is possible and arrange it with you.
Collection and repairs are separate services. We agree the costs and next steps with you in advance.
Having an old bike collected
Have an old bike you would like collected? You can request an appointment for this too. Send us a photo and tell us its condition and location.
We discuss the options and conditions first. Collection is by appointment; do not assume it is always free or that we will pay for the bike.
How to request collection
- Send us the details. Provide the address, bike type and reason for collection. A photo helps us assess the situation.
- Tell us how to access the bike. For example, let us know whether the bike is in a shed, needs to be carried down stairs or cannot roll.
- We agree the cost and time. The appointment is confirmed once we have agreed the collection time and conditions together.
